Dina Gielchinsky

Dina Gielchinsky, a Senior Counsel at the Firm, joined Osen LLC in 2017 after working  as a commercial bankruptcy litigator at Hogan Lovells LLP and ASK LLP.

 

Ms. Gielchinsky focuses on the Firm’s counter-terrorism litigation practice. Previously, she gained extensive experience in complex insolvency proceedings, representing foreign and domestic debtors, bank lenders and unsecured creditors, and advising on one of the biggest preference litigations in the United States.

 

Ms. Gielchinsky graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2002. She earned honors in Torts and wrote for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Gielchinsky earned her undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University, magna cum laude, in 1999. She was awarded the Solomon Memorial Award for Excellence in Pre-Law Studies and was an editor of the college newspaper, The Observer. Ms. Gielchinsky has been published in the New York Law Journal and the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.

 

Ms. Gielchinsky is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
