Naomi Weinberg

Naomi Weinberg, of counsel to the Firm since 2004, focuses on the Firm's counter-terrorism litigation cases. She acts as the principal point of contact for terror victim clients in complex litigation. She coordinates and participates in all phases of the discovery process and liaises with co-counsel and defense counsel to maximize litigation efficiency. She frequently interacts with and counsels clients regarding issues surrounding document production, the discovery process, and trial and settlement, and she provides clients with individualized attention in all aspects of their cases. This includes active involvement in clients' preparation for their depositions and defending numerous fact witness depositions. In addition, she researches and evaluates various legal issues. 

 

Ms. Weinberg graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1987 and earned her undergraduate degree with honors from Union College, in Schenectady, New York, in 1984. After graduating from law school, Ms. Weinberg clerked for the Honorable Arthur Minuskin of the New Jersey Superior Court. Prior to joining Osen LLC, Ms. Weinberg was associated with Davidson & Grannum LLP and other New Jersey law firms, where she focused on personal injury law and construction litigation.

 

Ms. Weinberg speaks conversational Spanish, is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and is an active supporter of a number of philanthropic causes. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
